SPRINGDALE APPEAL AUTHORITY NOTICE AND AGENDA THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER, ACTING AS THE APPEAL AUTHORITY, WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING ON TUESDAY, MAY 24, 2022 AT 3:00PM, AT THE CANYON COMMUNITY CENTER, 126 LION BOULEVARD, SPRINGDALE, UTAH **This meeting will be broadcast via Zoom Webinar for public viewing/listening only. 1. Variance Hearing: Joe Pitti requests a variance on parcel S-22 for relief from Section 10-11A-6(A)(3) which establishes the minimum required setback distance from a side property line in the CC zone. The requested variance will allow the applicant to construct a structure containing a garage and employee housing unit on the property. Written comments regarding this item may be sent to tdansie@springdale.utah.gov. Please submit written comments at least two (2) days prior to the hearing. The official Agenda and Packet Materials for this meeting will be sent by May 20, 2022, and will also be available at: http://www.springdaletown.com/AgendaCenter
