- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hyrum City Council will hold a public hearing Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum, to consider the following: 1. Adjustments to the 2021-22 general and enterprise operating budgets. 2. The adoption of fiscal 2022-23 operating budgets for the General Fund, the Capital Projects Fund, the Culinary Water Fund, the Sewer Fund, the Electric Fund, the Irrigation Water Fund, and the Storm Water Fund. 3. No transfers are being proposed from any of the Enterprise Funds to the General Fund for 2022-23. 4. Setting the municipal tax rate for 2022-23 (no increase is proposed). 5. Setting salaries of elected and appointed officials and other municipal employees for 2022-23 and amending Section 2.12.010 of the Hyrum City Municipal Code.
