- May 23, 2022 PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Monday May 23, 2022, at 5:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Hee Haw Farm's Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 95 S 2000 West (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Chalise Smith for a site plan for the construction of a commercial building on property zoned The Grove - Commercial Sales (GRV-CS), located east of 2000 W and north of Pleasant Grove BLV. 2. Urban Grove Development Lots 1, 2, and 4 Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1506 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jon Walter for a site plan for the construction of several commercial buildings on property zoned The Grove - Commercial Sales (GRV-CS) Subdistrict, located north of Pleasant Grove Boulevard and west of 1300 West.
