- Notice of Certification Notice is hereby given that a petition for annexation has been filed with American Fork City proposing the annexation of approximately 91.2 acres and located at approximately 500 West and 1100 South. The petition for the Harbor Road Plat E annexation includes property owned by Meadowbrook Properties, L.P., PHI Properties, Inc. and American Fork City. The petition was accepted by the American Fork City Council on April 12, 2022, and a Certification of Petition for Annexation was delivered to the City Council on May 11, 2022. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the American Fork Recorder's office, located at 51 E. Main Street, American Fork, Utah. American Fork City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless written protest to the annexation petition is filed with the Utah County Boundary Commission (Alice Black, 100 East Center Street Suite 3100, Provo, Utah 84606) with a copy delivered to the American Fork City Recorder (51 East Main Street, American Fork, Utah 84003) on or before June 10, 2022. Those who may file a protest to the annexation include the legislative body or governing board of an affected entity or owner of rural real property according to State Code 10-2-407.
