- Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, June 1, and Tuesday, June 7, at 6:00 p.m. Zone Map amendment: - ARROWHEAD COMMERCIAL. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-1-12 to General Commercial, allowing the expansion of the current General Commercial zone at 525 West Arrowhead Trail. Title 15 Amendment: - TITLE 15 AMENDMENT. The proposal is to modify the language of Title 15.3.24.090(D), Irregular Shaped Lots. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, June 1, and Tuesday, June 21, at 6:00 p.m. General Plan Amendment: - HALLAM. The proposal involves modifying the General Plan Land Use Map designation from Estate Density Residential to Commercial at 700 South Spanish Fork Parkway. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
