Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 7 June 2022, 6:00 p.m., at the Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following item: Ordinance 2022-17 / Zone Map Amendment (Mark and Shanna Nelson, Scot and Jan Lythgoe, and Darin and Nancee Heckel) - Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve Ordinance 2022-17 amending the Midway City Land Use Map to include three parcels located at 85 South 100 West, 70 West 100 South, and 60 West 100 South in the Transient Rental Overlay District (Zoning is R-1-7). Information regarding the above item may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at http://www.midwaycityut.org/City-Council-Agendas-and-Minutes one week before the meeting.
