- From: South Jordan City Re: Notice of Adoption of the Project Area Plan for the Southwest Quadrant Urban Center Community Reinvestment Project Area As required by UTAH CODE ANNOTATED ยง 17C-5-100 South Jordan City hereby provides notice that on April 19, 2022, the South Jordan City Council adopted the official project area plan for the Southwest Quadrant Urban Center Community Reinvestment Project Area by adoption of South Jordan City Ordinance No. 2022-10. The Ordinance formally adopts the Plan for the Project Area and authorizes related actions by City staff and legal counsel. The Ordinance also includes a map and a legal description of the land within the Project Area. The ordinance and the adopted Project Area Plan are available for inspection during regular business hours at eh South Jordan City offices, 1600 West Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah. No action is required in connection with this notice.
