- The Smithfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the City Office Building located at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah no sooner than 6:35 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 22-11, an Ordinance amending the Smithfield City Municipal Code Title 17 'Zoning Regulations', Chapter 17.92 'Accessory Apartment', Sections 17.92.010 'Purpose of Chapter', 17.92.020 'Conditions' and adding in its entirety 17.92.040 'Definitions'.
