- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 19th day of May, 2022 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: - Pledge of Allegiance - Prayer - Roll Call - Approval of Minutes from prior meeting - Report of officers - - Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery and Gun Range - Council Member Tanesha Conder - Town Park - Council Member Morgan Stephens - Buildings - Council Member Eric Wells - Sewer and water - Mayor Jeff Pei - Roads - Treasurer - Jessica Alvey - Clerk - Lisa Wells - Finalize budget - Planning Commission report - Tabled Business: NONE - New Business: Kelly Taylor - Request to re-zone his property from agriculture to accommodate subdividing his property to sell lots. - Public Comment: - Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Dated this 17th day of May, 2022 Lisa J.
