MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, MAY 19, 2022 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Business license: a. Radiant White, 622 South 1800 West. b. Goldies' Cottage, 1271 West 200 South. c. Go The Distance Marketing, LLC, 3728 W. Pioneer Road. d. PC Glass, Inc., 901 West 1700 South. e. RCE Investments, 1045 South 1200 West. 4. Presentation on Agriculture Programs: Doug Larsen and Urban Prairie Farms, LLC. 5. Public hearing on annexation. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance approving annexation. 7. Discussion/action on Resolution approving amended Development Agreement with Sierra RV. 8. Discussion/action on Resolution to approve an interlocal agreement with Weber County for election security cameras. 9. Discussion/action on Resolution to approve an interlocal agreement with the Weber County Surveyor. 10. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Local Transportation Funding Agreement for the 700 South / 1200 West Project. 11. Discussion/action on bid awards and allotment of funds: a. Landscaping by Butler Yard Care & Maintenance. b. Parking lot repairs at Community Services Facility by Post Asphalt. c. 2022 Street Maintenance by Consolidated Paving. 12. Discussion/action on motion to review FY 2021-22 Marriott-Slaterville City, Marriott-Slaterville Community Reinvestment Agency, and Pioneer Special Service District budgets in accordance with UCA §10-6-127, §17B-1-607, and §17C-1-602, for purposes of amendment and set public hearing on proposed amendment for June 16, 2022. 13. Discussion/action on adoption of tentative FY 2022-23 budget for City, Agency, Housing Authority and Special Service District in accordance with UCA §10-6-113, §17B-1-607, and §17C-1-601.5, and set public hearing on proposed final budget for June 16, 2022. 14. Community Events: a. Annual Master Calendar. b. Fourth of July. 15. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 16. Adjourn. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about May 12, 2022.
