- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE 2019-2020 CDBG ANNUAL ACTION PLAN JUNE 16, 2022 Layton City is proposing to Amend its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan for the 2019-2020 Program Year. The Amended Annual Action Plan describes City housing and community development needs of low income persons, and for the use of CDBG COVID-19 Cares Act Allocations for the 2019-2020 Grant Period. The City Council will hold a Public Hearing to review the Amended Plan on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive. Copies of the proposed Amended Plan are available at the Layton City Community and Economic Development Department in the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah; during regular business hours, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, from Monday, May 16, 2022 through Thursday, June 16, 2022. Questions and written comments regarding the Amended 2019-2020 CDBG Annual Action Plan and Public Hearing should be directed to the Layton City Community Development Office at 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, 84041, or by phone at (801) 336-3770.
