Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Consideration of an ordinance to recommend a development agreement with McCollins Properties LLC. 2) Tuffli Company, Inc., seeking to amend the Official Zone Map from the RC-Regional Commercial Zone to the HC-Highway Commercial Zone on 31-acres of property located in the area 1700 North 1750 West.
