CITY COUNCIL MEETING AMENDED AGENDA City Council Chambers - 75 West Center, Fillmore, Utah Tuesday May 17, 2022 6:30 PM 6:30 PM CALL TO ORDER and Pledge of Allegiance ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS - Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting - Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll, and Payment of Bills - Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a) Vicki Lyman - Introduction to City Council and Discussion Regarding Her Running for County Commission b) Jacci Johnson - Discuss possible enhancements/improvements to the Fillmore swimming pool c) Terry Messersmith to discuss curb and gutter requirements and council waiver request d) Presentation of Wastewater Master Plan - Robert Worley, Sunrise Engineering OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a) Discuss and possibly accept agreement for Community Arts Program to be held in the Armory Building b) Discuss and possibly approve the city council to consider annexation petitions that have been filed or a notice of intent to file annexation petition has been provided, but going forward, the city will not consider annexations until annexation policy plans are complete c) Discuss and possibly accept bid for purchase of a rescue truck that was advertised and conducted as a Request for Proposal d) Discuss and possibly approve utility write-off accounts for 2021 COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
