- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a meeting at 4:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office, Council Chambers, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. 1. MAYOR'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call & Pledge of Allegiance 2. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial report: April 2022 b. Approval of bills and payroll c. Approval of Minutes: April 19, 2022 Regular Meeting 3. VISITORS a. None 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Approval of Zenner License and Warranty Agreement b. Discuss the Economic Development Annual Contribution c. Approval of Tentative Budget for FY 2022-2023 d. Utah State Treasury Withdrawal Request e. Presentation and consideration of surplus property bids 5. OLD BUSINESS a. Culinary Water Project update b. Milford City 150th Birthday Celebration update 6. ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS a. Resolution 05-2022 'Amending Cemetery Policies and Procedures' b. 7. COMMENTS a. Staff member reports and comments b. Councilmember reports and comments 8. ADJOURNMENT Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
