Public hearing and recommendation of Arive Homes' request for review of the Harmony Townhomes Plat D concept plan, a 30-unit residential development located at approximately 891 North Hilltop Drive in the Cold Spring Ranch Area Plan. Public hearing and recommendation of Lee and Mary Kelly's request for review of the Kelly General Plan Amendment on 1.08-acres of property located at 3055 North 1200 West changing the zoning from VLDR (residential) to NC (neighborhood commercial). Public hearing and consideration of Sky Financials' request for approval of the Bull River Storage concept plan, an indoor climate-controlled storage facility located at 275 West Bull River Road. Public hearing and consideration of Jordan Architect's request for approval of the Lehi Self Storage Concept located at 2100 North Pointe Meadows Drive. Public hearing and consideration of Dennis Schoonover's request for conditional use approval of the Wagner Drive Thru Site Plan located at 600 West State Street.
