NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Eureka Recreation Committee will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. ROLL CALL.
2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES.
3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
5. NEW BUSINESS.
6. DISCUSSION ITEMS:
a. Discussion on Budget for FY Ending June 30, 2023.
b. Discussion on all Recreation Programs offered through Eureka City (ie. Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Wrestling and Silver Jubilee)
c. Discussion concerning Silver Jubilee Events, scheduling, fundraising, advertising.
7. ADJOURNMENT.
