- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard and electronically on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 955-2092, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. To participate in the meeting electronically, please refer to the information provided on the Planning Commission meeting agenda posted on the City's website three (3) days prior to the scheduled meeting date. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: - Public Hearing and Consideration of a Subdivision Plat Amendment to Lots 202 and 203 of the 'Keil Subdivision No. 2' to Create 2 New Residential Flat Lots at Approximately 1840 W. 6020 S., Taylorsville, Utah. File #2S22. - Public Hearing and Consideration of a Subdivision Plat Amendment to Lot 3 of the 'Bayport Way Subdivision' to Amend Plat Notes to Allow a Basement at Approximately 783 W. Bayport Way, Taylorsville, Utah. File #3S22. - Public Hearing and Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map Amendment for the Property Located at 4645 S. 1175 W. from Single-Family Residential R-1-10 to Single-Family Residential R-1-7. File #3Z22. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
