PUBLIC NOTICE The La Verkin City Council shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 18, 2022, at the City Council Chambers, located at 111 South Main, La Verkin, Utah, during its regularly scheduled Council meeting to receive public input on the following items: 1. FY 2022-2023 Tentative Budget 2. La Verkin City proposes to apply for grant funding from the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) to undertake two master plans and impact fee facilities plans. These plans are for the irrigation and storm water systems. These studies will analyze the current and future needs of the system and provide recommendations for improvements to help with those needs. These plans will also include an impact fee analysis which includes a recommendation for impact fees for both systems. The public is invited to provide comments on the proposed application. Copies of the tentative budget are available in the office of the City Recorder at 435 North Main Street, La Verkin, Utah. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Christy Ballard, City Recorder, at (435) 635-2581 Certificate of Posting The City Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice was posted on the La Verkin City website www.laverkin.org, the Utah Public Meeting Notice website [http://pmn.utah.gov] and the city office buildings at 435 N.
