NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 3. Debra Davis - Cemetery Questions 4. Sarah Bradley - Cemetery Road Access 5. Nick Parker - Annexation and Secondary Water Questions 6. Harold Hunt - Variance for RV during remodel of home 7. David Greener - Utility Billing 8. Sunrise Engineering - Approval of Bid and Contractors 9. Fire Chief Perea - Status Change 10. Police Chief Kosmack requestion approval for LexiPol 11. Tentative Budget Review 12. Vouchers and Warrants 13. Executive Session to Discuss the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. 14. Adjourn Posted May 10, 2022.
