- NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING FOR PARTIAL REZONE OF PROPERTY Dear Providence City Residence, Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing regarding an application to rezone a section of 03-002-0007 (East Portion) generally located at 420 S SR 165 Providence UT. Petition seeks to rezone a section of the parcel from Commercial Highway (CHD) to Multi-Family High (MFH). Blue color (Map) represents acre that would be rezoned. Date: May 25th, 2022 Time: 6:00 PM Location: Providence City Offices. 164 N Gateway Dr. Providence City, Utah.
