DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Minor Subdivision
A. SF ARENA PARKING. The request would allow for the division of one parcel into two parcels located at 601 South Main Street.
3. Minor Plat Amendment
A. RIVER POINT PLAT F (2022). The proposal involves adjusting the shared lot line between two existing lots within the River Point Subdivision located at 1252 West River Ridge Lane.
4. Final Plat
A. VISTA VIEW PHASE 6. The proposal involves creating 22 residential units for a development located at 2350 East 750 South.

5. General Plan Amendment
A. TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN 2.2022. The proposal involves revisions to the Transportation Element of the General Plan, regarding the alignment of a multi-use trail along 900 North and a change to future maintenance for 400 North.
B. HALLAM. The proposal involves a General Plan Land Use Map Designation change from Estate Density Residential to Commercial for property located at approximately 700 South Spanish Fork Parkway.
