Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday May 11, 2022 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: 1- Review and approve minutes of April 13, 2021 Council meeting. 2- Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 3- Public comments, limited 3 min per person. 4-Discuss to appoint a new Council Member position. 5-Discuss and possible vote for new computer for Town hall. 6-Discuss and possible vote Dan Thomas/Rob Stokes easement on 8800 North/ Idaho border 7- information only- ATC Update 9- information only Burn Pile 10- discussion only- 2022-2023 Budget 11 Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 12-Vote on water Resolution for 2022, Irrigation and water rights 13-Discussion and vote on Liability Waiver fro non treated water connections. Roads- Sam Patterson Planning and Zoning- Lesley Smith 12-Review of P & Z order of business information form, 13-Short trem rentals in portage, no current regulations, P & Z to look into this. 14-Discuss and possible vote, Discussion of reorganizing the P$Z Commission 15-Cheryl/Wayne Allen property issue.
