Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-205, notice is hereby given that Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to an application to amend the General Plan and Zoning Map by McKay Winkel for a parcel located at approximately 952 South 1700 West from A-1 to C-2P (Commercial). Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
