Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor April 12, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. April 26, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. April 26, 2022, Public Hearing held at 6:00pm. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor Transaction Register dated 04/01/2022 to 04/30/2022 in the amount of ($92.09). 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions -- Mayor Claims Register dated 4/23/2022 to 5/06/2022 in the amount of $221,193.97. Requisitions as needed 7. Discussion/Action - Dwayne Watson Discussion/Action-Water Meter Proposal to property at 17485 N 9150 E. 8. Approval of Resolution 2022-01 A Resolution Adopting the Tentative 2022-2023 Budget for the City of Mt. Pleasant. 9. Approval of Resolution 2022-02 A Resolution Adopting the Tentative 2022-2023 Budget for the Mt. Pleasant City Library. 10. Discussion/Action-Rondy G. Black - Discussion/Action--City Road Projects. 11. Public Participation - Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 12. Discussion/Action - Fire Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Fire Department. 13. Discussion/Action -- Public Works Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Public Works Department. 14. Discussion/Action -- Power Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Power Department. 15. Go Into Closed Session-City Council Vote - Council will go into a Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4- 205 to: o Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual 16.
