- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a Regular Meeting on May 10, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, 115 West Main, Mt. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson April 12, 2022, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00pm. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated 4/09/2022 to 5/06/2022 in the amount of $2,191.49. 5. Discussion/Action-Levi Wright Discussion/Action on Levi Wright Property in Industrial Park. 6. Approval of Resolution CRDA-2022-01 A Resolution Adopting the Tentative 2022-2023 Budget for the Community Development and Renewal Agency (CDRA). 7. CDRA Executive Director Report 8. CDRA Chairperson Report 9.
