Budget Approval for 2022-2023 Fiscal Year
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of Cottonwood Heights (the 'City') will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 17 May 2022, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at 2277 East Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT ('City Hall'). The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the City's budget tentatively adopted for its 2022-2023 fiscal year (the 'budget'). The budget may be viewed or copied on the City's website at www.cottonwoodheights.utah.gov and at the office of the City Recorder at City Hall during normal business hours, for at least ten days prior to the hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.944.7000 at least 48 hours before the hearing.
The public may remotely hear the open portions of the meeting through live broadcast by connecting to http://mixlr.com/chmeetings; and public comments may be submitted to the City Recorder by email at Recorder@ch.utah.gov up to 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date. Comments received after 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date will be forwarded to the city council, but not entered into the meeting record or addressed during the meeting. A Zoom meeting link will be included in the posted agenda for the May 17, 2022, city council business meeting for those who wish to voice their comments via Zoom during the public hearing.

On Friday, May 6, 2022, a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Cottonwood Heights City Offices, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Whitmore Library and the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center, both located in the City, for posting on their public bulletin boards. The agendas for the May 17th city council meeting were also posted on the City's website at www.ch.utah.gov and on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
