Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 22-08 AND 22-09 Notice is hereby given that on May 5, 2022, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 22-08 and 22-09. Ordinance 22-08 amends and extends Lot 1 Walmart Subdivision Plat B and vacates the south ten feet of a public utility easement along existing Lot 1 south property line. Ordinance 22-09 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 29.23. 900 North/Main Street planned district to allow overnight boarding of dogs within an enclosed building. The Ordinances shall take effect on May 6, 2022. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
