- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 1979 West 1900 South or via Zoom to discuss the following matters: Land Trade to Ivory Land Corporation - 2.52 acres Syracuse City property for 1.08 acres Ivory property located at approximately 2325 S 1230 W. Preliminary Plat for Legacy View Estates subdivision, approx. 2325 S 1230 W Consisting of 65 lots on 24.53 acres in the R-2 zone. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder more than three minutes will be included in the public record. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
