Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of St. George will hold public hearings on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the St. George City Council Chambers at 175 E. 200 N. to consider the following: A. A petition for a subdivision amendment for The Springs Estates Phase 5 2nd Amended and Extended by increasing the area of Lot 62 and adjusting the lot line between Lots 61 & 62. By doing so the public utility and drainage easements are being vacated at the old Lot line and new utility easements are being granted on the new Lot lines. Interested persons may present their views in writing by emailing comments to christina.fernandez@sgcity.org or by mail to 175 E 200 N, St. George, UT 84770 Attn: City Recorder prior to the hearing or attend the hearing.
