Jason Munk, Judy Downs, April Hansen, Commission Members. Dave Lee, Secretary/Town Board. 1. Minutes of April 6, 2022, read by Jason Munk. Motion to Approve-Jason Munk Second-Judy Downs Motion Carried 2. Discussion of a revision of residential fencing requirements. Judy Downs is working on an amendment to the code which would permit side yard fences to be 4 feet high from the front property line extending toward the residence for a minimum of 30 feet. Currently zoning requires the 4 foot height all the way to the front of the residence regardless of the distance from the front property line. Discussed and tabled. Motion to Adjourn-Jason Munk Second-Judy Downs Motion Carried Meeting Adjourned at 8:13 PM Minutes are not official until approved.
