NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING with its City Council Meeting on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 6:00 p.m. 1) 6:00 -6:30 p.m. – PUBLIC HEARING to Receive Public Comment and Reopen the 2010-2011 Budget Amending and Adoption including Budget Transfers 2) 6:30-7:00 p.m. – PUBLIC HEARING to receive public comment on Proposed Fiscal Year 2011-2012 and Proposed Adoption of Operating and Capital Budgets for Gunnison City including the 2011 Certified Tax Rate, Proposed Fee Waivers and Donations, Fee Schedule Changes, and Compensation of Statutory Employees 3) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2011-3, Amending Irrigation Water Service Operating and Maintenance Fees 4) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2011-4 – Amending 2011 Budget 5) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2011-5 – 2012 Budget Adoption 6) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2011-6 – A Resolution for Utility Abatement for Utah National Guard Members Deployed to Iraq 7) 4th of July Celebration – Council Member Larry Jensen 8) Proposed Approval of Engineering Contract for Main Street Revitalization 9) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, June 8, 2011, Open and Closed Sessions 10) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 11) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustment 12) Closed Session 16) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
