- Amended Agenda HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING January 13, 2009 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Work Session Scheduled for 6:30 pm a. Organizational chart b. Policy, Procedure, and Salary Study Manual. Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Hendrix CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held December 16, 2008. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. 2009 Goal Setting – Bill Morris. 2. Introduction of Harrisville City Youth Council – Bruce Richins 3. Discussion and/or approval to reappoint Mike Norseth to the planning commission. 4. Public Comments 5. Mayor/Council follow-up. Adjournment Posted at City Hall, faxed and emailed to neighboring cities, Weber County Library, Ogden Standard Examiner and delivered to each member of the governing body this 8th day of January, 2009.
