NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, May 4th at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 7 P.M. 1) 7 P.M. Invocation 2) Discussion with proposed approval for conditional use application at 192 South Main- Heather Haskin, Gunnison BBQ 3) Discussion with proposed approval for conditional sign application at 192 South Main- Heather Haskin, Gunnison BBQ 4) Proposed approval for an easement for the powerline- Kelcey Bartholomew 5) Discussion with proposed approval for conditional use application at 95 North 100 East Gunnison Valley Hospital/Mid Utah Clinic - Rod Taylor 6) Discussion regarding water and sewer access for Samuel Roach at 64 East 100 North- Rod Taylor 7) Discussion regarding planning and zoning with possible increase to subdivision application fees -Lori Nay 8) Discussion and proposed approval of 2023 tentative budget, Resolution 2022-5 9) Public comment 10) Proposed approval of bills and adjustments 11) Proposed approval for city council minutes for February 15, 2022, March 2, 2022, and March 15, 2022 12) Other business 13) Closed session 14) Proposed approval of appointment of City Manager 15) Adjourn *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours' notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
