- WORK MEETING AGENDA OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAYTON, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Layton, Utah, will hold a public meeting in the Council Conference Room of the City Center Building, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, commencing at 5:30 PM on May 5, 2022. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. Councilmember Report 2. Inter-facility Agreement between Layton City and Intermountain Healthcare for Medical Services - Resolution 22-25 3. Recreation, Arts, Museum, and Parks (RAMP) Commission Recommended Funding 4. Update - Layton Parkway/Main Street Mixed Use Development 5. Closed Meeting to Discuss the Purchase, Exchange, or Lease of Real Property, Including any Form of a Water Right or Water Shares 6. Mayor's Report ADJOURN:
