NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARINGS:
The Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting and two public hearings on Thursday, May 12, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Boulder Community Center Meeting Room, 351 No 100 East, Boulder, UT.
Both public hearings address proposed land use changes affecting Chapter 152-Subdivisions, in Boulder's codified ordinances: https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/boulderut/latest/boulder_ut/0-0-0-7)
--- Lot Line Adjustment Process, incorporating revised state law and clarifying procedure for amending lot lines and recorded plats;
--- Review Standards for Subdivisions, addressing: Definitions-private drives/streets; Allow private driveways to access lots in subdivisions with 4 or fewer homes; Repeal the lot width to depth standard; Include area of easements when calculating minimum lot size; Repeal unclear wording regarding street frontage of lots; Correct typographical error in Building Permits Issuance section.
