NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer/Inspirational Thought Approval of minutes for meeting held on April 5, 2022 Approval for payment of April 2022 invoices Business 1. Sunrise Engineering-well progress 2. Outside water restrictions 3. NSSD wants to use park during summer for summer lunch program-May 31 thru July 15, 2022 4. Cecil & Liz Clawson-discuss development of property south of town Petitions & communications: (5 minutes each) 1. Matt Roberts-suggestions to improve cemetery Reports of town officers and boards Mayor Davis: 1. Sanpete county fire district #2 will raise fire fee from $4.00 to $5.00 per month beginning July 1, 2022 2. Lawyer working on right-of- way into south well 3. Dale Lewis' land east of well Water-Council member Rees Roads-Council member Larsen Cemetery-Council member Thompson Parks-Council member Anderson Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given three (3) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the agenda at least five (5) business days prior to the town council meeting.
