- 5:30 p.m. WELCOME APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of April 28, 2022 PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to a decision. PC 22-025 Logan City Fire Station #70 [Design Review & Conditional Use Permit] Alex Oliphant, Chief Brad Hannig/Logan City, authorized agent/owner, request to construct a new 22,750 Square Foot, 3-story Fire Station that will stand 45'-9' tall. The new Fire Station will sit on the northwest corner of the intersection at 200 North 100 East in the Town Center One (TC-1) zone; TIN 06-017-0001; -0002; -0004; -0026; -0024 (Adams Neighborhood).
