Description/Agenda

The South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed development agreement with Ogden Clinic. The properties affected by the development agreement are located at 1378 and 1394 E 6000 S. The proposed development will be administrative offices for Ogden Clinic and involves the remodel of the existing building and construction of an additional building. If passed, the proposed development agreement would allow the following exceptions to the Gateway General Subdistrict in which the property is located: - Site placement of a new building next to the existing building rather than in the front build-to zone (0'-10' from front property line) - Allow parking to be located as a continuation of the existing parking in front of the buildings rather than be located at the rear of the new building - Eliminate the public open space requirement for a development of this size In addition, the development agreement would also require that Ogden Clinic provide a paved trail to South Ogden Nature Park and additional parking for those wishing to use the trail to enter the park. The hearing on the development agreement will be at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission Meeting on May 12, 2022.
