Description/Agenda: SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-8 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 8, 2022 the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2022-8 an Ordinance Amending the 2003-2015 Richfield City General Plan and Corresponding Map changing the Zoning of the General Plan Map of the Property Indentified as Parcel #1-11-16, located at approximately 2115 South Cove View Rd, from Single Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential and Amending the Land Use Ordinance and Corresponding Map for Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, Changing the Zoning of the Property from R1-10 Zoning (Single-Family Residential) to RM-11 (Multi-Family Residential District). The Ordinance shall become effective upon posting of this summary at www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldcity.com /s/ Michele Jolley City Recorder
