- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on May 10, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Mochila Technology Park Rezone. A proposal to add the RTI Overlay Zone to approximately 120 acres (Parcels 59:068:0005 and 59:068:0002); - Mountain America Credit Union Site Plan & Preliminary Plat. A proposed project in the Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center (Parcel 59:044:0050); - Amendment to EMMC 17.25 regarding single-family home garage standards; and - Amendment to EMMC 17.25 regarding residential landscaping standards. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
