CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA May 3rd 2022 City Council Chambers - 4580 S 2300 E Some Planning Commission members may participate virtually in this in-person meeting. 'Holladay Court Subdivision' - Preliminary Plan/Plat - 1770 E 3900 S (R-2-10) Review and consideration of a follow-up application by the Owner, Brandon Fry detailing development features of a four (4) lot, single-family home subdivision in the R-2-10 zone (Concept approved 01/25/2022). Review and considerations as per standards and procedures set forth in Holladay Ord. 13.08 and 13.10 File #22-1-01 2. Approval of 2022 Minutes - Meeting dates; 01/25, 02/01 & 03/15 DISCUSSION ITEM 3.
