Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday, May 12, 2022, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input on a rezone request from Renovestors LLC for the property located at approximately 4440 S 6300 W, parcel number 10-009-0022, from the R1 zone to the R2 zone. 2. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on a conditional use permit request from Bradley R. Beus for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located at 5666 W 4000 S. All interested parties are invited to attend.
