Midvale City Council Notice of Public Hearing May 17, 2022 7:00 p.m. The Midvale City Council will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Darren Nate, representing Ryker Development LLC requests right-of-way vacation and preliminary subdivision plan approval for a project located at approximately 100 W Center in the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) zone, to allow for a 26 unit townhome project. (22-007; Adam Olsen) 2. Michael Edwards requests an amendment to Section 17-7-1.4 of the Midvale Municipal Code that proposes to decrease the rear setback from 25 feet to 15 feet.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three (3) working days advance notice of the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
