- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to hear comments concerning an application from Jeff Smith, Hollee Petersen and Grace Edwards of 685 E 600 S, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs. The hearing will be held in person or through Zoom. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
