Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MAY 10, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 0.83 acres of property from 'CP-1' (Planned Neighborhood Commercial) to 'MU' (Mixed-Use). The property is located at approximately 2535 North Hill Field Road. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
