- Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing May 11, 2022 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Gary Schow and Steve Bryner request Conditional Use Permit approval for a duplex to be constructed at 7169 S. 150 E. in the SF-1 (DO) zone.
