- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS/DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Anthony and Amy Bowden - Application for Conditional Use Permit and Discussion on Building Permit/House Plans. b. Mayor Chris Dever - Review & Discussion of Planning Commission Handbook. c. Review and Discussion of Building Permits Regulations, Performance Bonds and Contractor Checklists. d. Discussion on current Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance and Master Plan amendments. 6.
