NOTICE OF CANCELLATION CORRECTION NOTICES were issued regarding a public hearing with the Tooele City Planning Commission concerning the zoning map amendment described below for the May 25, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. meeting in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. That public hearing for the May 25th Planning Commission meeting has been cancelled but will be heard at a future meeting. Notices for that public hearing will be issued for this zoning map amendment at that time. Public Hearing on a Zoning Map Amendment request by Tooele Industrial Land Holdings, LLC and GB Tooele Land Holdings, LLC, to reassign the zoning for approximately 281.3 acres located at approximately 1500 North 1300 West from the LI Light Industrial zoning to the I Industrial zoning district. Correction: This above application will now be heard at the May 25, 2022 Planning Commission meeting at 7:00 P.M. The application will now be considered as a Land Use Map Amendment request by Tooele Industrial Land Holdings, LLC, and GB Tooele Land Holdings, LLC, to reassign the Land Use designation for approximately 171 acres located at approximately 1500 North 1300 West from the Light Industrial land use designation to Industrial land use designation.
