Roll Call - Chair 2. Approval of the minutes - Chair A. Review and Approval of March 17, 2022 EDLF Minutes EDLF Committee members will review the March 17th, 2022 minutes and consider for approval. 3. Review and Recommend Sugar Space Loan Amendment- Peter Makowski A. EDLF Committee members will vote to recommend the loan amendment for Sugar Space. 4. Review and Recommend Buddies, INC Loan - Peter Makowski A. Staff will present the loan packet for Salt Lake City business, Buddies, INC., and answer loan committee questions. B. EDLF Committee members will vote to recommend if Buddies, INC qualifies for the loan amount requested. C. 10 minute break to tally the evaluation forms. D. EDLF Committee members will review the evaluation score for Buddies, INC. loan and vote to recommend results to Council. 5. Adjournment - Chair
