IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, May 3, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on proposed city-wide Land Use Map, Zoning Map & General Plan amendments as discussed in recent Planning Commission meetings and Open Houses. Applicant/Owner: Ivins City Contact: Building & Zoning Administrator Mike Haycock, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, may submit their views electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivins.com, or in writing to the Ivins City Council prior to the meeting. A copy of the proposed amendments are available at Ivins City Hall and on Ivins website at www.ivins.com In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
